“I really love these booty bands. I've used them for a few of my LSF app workouts so far. Usually, Katie tells us to place the bands slightly above our knees, but I can't do that. They fold and slide down my legs. I'm guessing this is because I have bigger thighs than Katie and the other girls in the videos. I'm still able to use them if I keep them slightly below my knees instead of above (hopefully it's okay to use them that way), and they definitely increase the intensity of the moves, which is amazing!”

“I have started using the booty bands for the first time and I love it and cant wait to use the medium and heavy bands.I use the bands by following katies excercises.The water bottle helps me as a reminder of how many times I should be adding more water,besides its cute and sturdy.love them.”
