“Not only are these resistance bands absolutely adorable, they increase the difficulty of my workouts just enough to make them feel challenging but not impossible. These resistance bands also come in a perfectly-sized travel bag that makes it easy to take them anywhere. Everything looks super cute as well, so who wouldn't want to take them everywhere :)”

“I love the LSF Resistance Bands! I have found the need for all 3 levels of resistance styles depending on the area I am working. I do find they roll on bare skin, however if they are on material they do not move.”

“Love these. I have 2 sets - one for home and one to keep in my tote/travel bag. Technically one would do but keeping one in my tote ensures I always have them with me. Amazing how a little resistance amplifies results. They’re also good for stretching. I haven’t worked up to green yet but hoping to get there someday!”

“First of all, the name of it super cute! I love saying "Booty Bands!" So does my husband. Lol. :) I love the perfect amount of resistance they provide. I can really feel how well it's working my muscles! The cute colors make it fun to use too I love the bag it comes in. It makes it so convenient to take along with you when traveling.
