“These are very small resistance bands that feel like tourniquets, they became painful. They roll up and down all the time, I spent more time adjusting them than actually working out. Would not recommend unless you have twig legs”

“Perfect for womens legs, tight and 3 for the price. I almost didn’t buy thinking I could go to Walmart and buy but the Walmart ones were not as good quality as these. So I’m loving them. Must buy”
