“The resistance bands are very nice and are good quality. They do stretch out after some use, so keep that in mind when purchasing these. Overall, they are very easy to use and I don't have any issues with them!”

“They are pretty good but if you are on the bigger side or have big legs like myself, this material isn’t the best. i can’t use the bands past my knees with out them rolling into themselves. the rubber material is so flimsy. but i can still use them on my lower legs and you really do feel the burn!”

“Love these bands! They come with a case to use for travel - which I take advantage of all the time. I have bigger legs, so I don't use these around my thighs - I have some cloth ones for that. But I use these for any arm exercises and leg lifts with the bands around my ankle. I have broken a light and medium band - but those were ones I had since LSF first offered them so I feel like they were a few years old. But that's why I always have a back up bag ready to go!”
