Love it so far!! All the meals have been yummy and refreshing. Loving the smoothies and the salads. All the meals have been quick to put together. The sweet treats are an added bonus and really good too! I was hesitant to get it at first but so happy I did! My belly bloat was gone within the first day or so and I’m starting to look and feel great!

Awesome! The Shape Up plan is super flexible and the meals are delicious. Healthy and filling with lots of options and no sacrifice. Same goes for the Hot body meal plan and guiltless nutrition guide. It is SO TRUE that nutrition is what allows you to see the results of your workouts!! Thank you LSF! ❤

I absolutely loved this meal plan ! This was the first LSF meal plan I had ever tried and it really showed me how to eat and fuel my body with yummy foods that weren't too complicated to make. It also gave me ideas on how to use and mix the same ingredients into a few different meals. Bowls are now my new favorite thing !

I have several meal plans from LSF, this one is so good. The meals have so much flavor and the recipes are so easy to follow. After completing the 14 daysfelt great. Lost 3 lbs and had lots of energy. If you want a simple, tasty plan that's easy to follow, this is it!!

I lost 2 inches off my waist in 14 days! 1 1/2 inches off my bust, hips and thighs, doing this meal plan and 15 min of exercise everyday. More than looking healthier, I feel amazing inside. I feel so much more energised and my mood has balanced. It's incredible, that what you eat affects how you feel. I would recommend this plan to anyone. You may find you suffer with a few minor headaches at first coming off all the junk food but it shows how much that stuff is wreaking your body. Stick with it, it's worth it! My lifestyle has changed for the better and I feel fab, thank you so so much Katie and the LSF team! xxx

Although I haven't done it, the recipes look easy to follow and delicious. The layout is really easy to follow. I only wish it could be an interactive download (click on the recipe title on the day and it would lead to the instructions at the end of the document).

I am a HUGE fan of all the LSF nutrition guides including the Hot Body Meal Plan, 7-Day Slim Down, Sugar Detox Plan, and Guiltless Nutrition Guide. When I saw the release of the 14-Day Shape Up Plan, I knew I had to have it. I love meal planning, but it can get exhausting coming up with new meals. This guide (much like the Hot Body Meal Plan) does all the work for you. The recipes are delicious and super easy to make. From the Sunrise Smoothie to the Sesame Ginger Bowl to the Lemon Cheesecake Hanger Bombs....I guarantee you will find your new favorite recipes in this plan. What I also like about that plan (much like the others) is that you don't have to follow it exactly. You can switch up some of the ingredients up if don't have it or don't like it. It's a perfect guide. I highly recommend it!
