Love love the recipes! Gives you different ideas on shakes too which is wonderful because I get tired of my same old ones. I love the coconut mango chia pudding, the best! Also, I’ve always experienced stomach issues with bloating and just feeling uncomfortable, but with this meal plan I have felt zero of the bloat and have felt amazing. I would highly recommend this meal plan to anyone!

The 14 day shape up meal plan is so easy to follow with recipes that are actually functional and frugal. Easy yo use ingredients and they're all delicious recipes! I really do highly recommend.

I luv the 14 day shape up meal plan :) ~ the recipes are so good & it’s very easy to customize it to your preferences. The Kiwi Cucumber Smoothie has def been my go to .....it’s just tastes like summer!!

The shape up meal plan is awesome and ideal for on the go meals. Personally I was more a fan of the Spring slim down soups but I really loved the cucumber and avocado soup! I am determined to continue adding the summer bowls and smoothies to my daily nutrition plan. It’s a great meal plan and all the ingredients are budget friendly. Cheers babe
