Katie spells everything out for you which makes it SO easy. This meal plan truly makes you feel great from the inside out. I've been caught in carb phobia for about a decade so being able to trust and incorporate fruit while leaning out for the first time in years was so incredible. My husband now is addicted to celery juice, who knew!! I would absolutely recommend this meal plan to get back on track and serve your body with all the nutrients it NEEDS! Thank you a million times Katie for creating these wonderful plans :)

I’ve purchased the Hypo 101 meal guide before and absolutely fell in love with it and completely changed my life 100%. I wanted to speed things up for the last 2 weeks of SSU but it just didn’t work for me. The soups are not nice at all and the 1st week is tough, if you are going to train every single day you need real food. Wouldn’t do or recommend this plan. Cannot wait to be back to my Hypo 101.

I really love this meal plan. I have purchased several of Katie’s plans, but the 14 Day Shape Up Meal Plan has been my favorite so far. It’s very easy to follow since she has each day broken down for you and all of the recipes are delicious. Also, all the ingredients used are easy things to locate without having to go to specialty food stores and are readily available especially during the summer months. Definitely noticed a difference in my weight and how I felt following this plan. This is how I want to eat going forward in my health and fitness journey.

Delicious recipes! My favorite is the Sunrise Smoothie and the Sunset Bowl! So yummy and simple to make without feeling bad about your meals. Also the Cheesecake Hangar Bombs are GOALS for a yummy little healthy treat!

Its amazing, great easy recipes and its really simple to follow. Im definetly going to use it over and over to mix up with the Hot Body Meal Plan.

I love this e-book! So many great tips and recipes. Plus it's so easy to follow along with the meal plan and definitely made it easier to stick with the SSU Challenge!

There were plenty of food options, but meal prep wise / grocery was a challenge. It would be easier knowing that I am purchasing ingredients that I can be using for multiple meals. Not buying food for one meal and having groceries sitting in fridge/pantry for extended amount of time. Wasn’t a big fan of all the smoothie options. Also couldn’t find all the ingredients to meal prep. Still good plan. But was only able to successfully make a smoothie or two and sunset bowl (which is AMAZING)!
