The product itself is well put together and provides a huge amount of information. I did feel like the veg dishes were not veg options weren’t very imaginative. You may find South Indian, Thai and other Asian cuisines would offer loads of options while still being healthy. Substituting or omitting ingredients that are high in sugar or salt, etc. Not sure, but perhaps that what I supposed to do a user of the plan, I.e. apply my mind to how I can use the ingredients mentioned.

I thought the plan was good however it was very respective of the guiltless nutrition in terms of recipes, I would have liked different recipes so they are more of a complete set. If I didn’t have the guiltless version I would think the hot body was awesome.

The meal plan is set up great, I just wish you gave specific options to switch out proteins . I don't like eggs and almost every breakfast has eggs. Also not sure if this was just me but I have been super bloated and gassy! Sorry for tmi!

I have been trying to lose weight in a healthy way for about 2 years. This is the only plan that was truly made for vegetarians. I feel full every day and it’s relatively easy to meal plan for, even for super busy gals like most of us are. I am currently in week 3 and have been consistently losing weight, which has not previously happened for me. I’ve even been able to have a cheat day here and there and have still been able to lose weight. I’ve tried counting calories, counting macros, and even tried a Kayla Itsines plan before. This is the only thing that’s been successful. I’m converted!

I have had hypothyroidism for 10 years. At first I was excited by the diagnosis and treatment. I thought my pounds would magically drop off. After years of diets and switching from vegetarianism to omnivorous, I had never felt the same. My goal was to find a thin hypothyroid person and a step by step menu that is vegetarian and get me back on my path of feeling good inside and hopefully looking healthy no matter what the size. I will be weighing myself on the 28th day. But I did cheat and found on day 4 I had lost a pound. Hopefully I will be on track. I felt much better after 7 days. Thankfully I seem to have quit my Diet Coke addiction with no drama. Haven’t missed it. This has been a great start to get back to healthy.

I didn’t understand how the recipes at the end of the book correlate to the daily meals. If the daily meals had a title of what each meal was, that could be easier. I would assume a protein shake would have to be made with ingredients like protein powder, milk, berries, but then if oats are thrown in I got confused like do I blend those up too or cook them To me, it was kind of confusing and hard to follow. I think I expected more for the price. I would like seasoning recipes, tofu marinades, or veggie recipes.

Hi Samantha, thanks so much for your feedback, we really appreciate it. The LSF Meal Plan is created to be intentionally flexible. By giving you the ingredients you need for each meal and not a specific recipe, it allows for you to make it your own and never get bored :) The recipes in the back are ones that can be fit into the meal plan days as well, you can absolutely use those or modify to make any day to your taste.
