I didn’t understand how the recipes at the end of the book correlate to the daily meals. If the daily meals had a title of what each meal was, that could be easier. I would assume a protein shake would have to be made with ingredients like protein powder, milk, berries, but then if oats are thrown in I got confused like do I blend those up too or cook them To me, it was kind of confusing and hard to follow. I think I expected more for the price. I would like seasoning recipes, tofu marinades, or veggie recipes.

Hi Samantha, thanks so much for your feedback, we really appreciate it. The LSF Meal Plan is created to be intentionally flexible. By giving you the ingredients you need for each meal and not a specific recipe, it allows for you to make it your own and never get bored :) The recipes in the back are ones that can be fit into the meal plan days as well, you can absolutely use those or modify to make any day to your taste. Hi there! I purchased the 4 week Hot Body Meal Plan, and so far am loving it. I had been trying to count macros to lose some weight I had gained with some ovarian cyst and hormones, but it wasn't working. My schedule was too busy to try to figure out what I could eat. This plan has involved a LOT of prep, but I changed my schedule to fit the time commitment. Be prepared to run your dishwasher twice a day! ,) If you are committed, you will see results!

I have really loved this meal plan. Most plans I have done in the past were just so bland and boring. This one has not been. All the meals are delicious. Even the more simple meals have been good. My husband has also been doing it with me and he loves it to. We are about to finish week 2 and have already seen great progress! Thank you Katie!!!

I LOVE this meal plan. I have been on a weight loss journey for 4 months and have tried a few different diets from low carb to keto but this is the one for me. The meals are easy to make, well balanced, and keep me full and satisfied all day long. I am on week 3 of the plan and have lost 6 pounds following the recipes. A plus is that they also taste great! This is a sustainable meal plan that I can see myself following for life.

Even if you have trouble sticking to a scheduled meal plan - this is a great educational piece on what kind of foods to eat and how much to eat. Made me realise that my portions were way too big!!! Recipes are simple, affordable and delicious.

This was a good kick start to eating right I never felt hungry on it. The only thing I didn’t like is that it was hard to grocery shop without wasting food. I had to run to the grocery store like 2 times or more each week so my veggies wouldn’t go bad and I would buy little at a time. I didn’t lose any weight which sucked but I have IBS-C and it did help regulate me a little and I didn’t feel as bloated.
