I like his plan because it has realistic meals and it’s laid out in a gradual way so that you work your way to your daily calorie intake. This way also helps you understand how to eat. It helped me see I was just taking in too many calories in my meals. It’s also forced me to see how bad my snacking habits were. Snacks need to consist of protein not sugar ☺️ Sugar is my downfall. Anyhow, very realistic meal plan. Enjoying it so far.

This guide really helped me kick start my weight loss. I knew to eat healthy but I never actually committed to planning out my meals so this guide does all the work for you! I am never hungry, I have so much more energy in my day, the food is delicious and I have lost ten pounds after five weeks of sticking to the guide! I plan on sticking with it until I lose the weight I want to lose.

I absolutely love this meal plan. I meal prep A LOT. It gets exhausting after awhile coming up with new food ideas. This plan did it all for me and I saw results. The meals kept me full and I felt I didn't have any cravings during the 4 weeks. Definitely recommend!

as someone with hypo I've struggled finding foods that don't upset my digestive system so i always stuck to boring, bland foods thinking tat was the way to lose weight. But I always got so sick of the blandness and rebounded every time. Now, that healing my hypo and feeling good again is of the utmost importance to me this guide has been invaluable. I will be progressing to the guiltless guide very soon. The recopies here are amazing - filled with healthy food and great ways to make them tasty and NEVER EVER boring, following this plan I am never left feeling starving, I'm satisfied and I know I'm fueling my body and my needs perfectly by following this. Seriously this was the best move I've made for my health. Go on be good to yourself and buy this guide, you won't regret it.

Im loving it, I quickly found my sweetspot, and had no problems sticking to it, I am on my third run of it, and will continue leaning on it, when I start putting my own days together from my new Guiltless Nutrition Guide.
