Makes it so easy for me to follow a healthy eating and not having to count the calories, etc. Makes life easier thank you! Plus the ingrédients are all or almost all in our kitchen cupboards, no long list of ingredients. It also introduces me on how to cook healthy. Thank you!

Hi!! I've actually been loving it. Maybe not following it perfectly but I have been using the meals and I have lost a few pounds. When before I was still eating out to much. Now I'm meal prepping and cooking a lot of my food.

I recently found out I have a dairy allergy. The plan didn’t work for me due to these issues. If there was a dairy free option I think it would of been perfect. I liked the way the plan was designed and looked. I loved that there were macros and a guide on healthy weight loss. Though my allergy did not work well with the plan, for the time I followed the plan I did not ever feel hungry. I would just recommend adding a vegan.

I actually wish I have of purchased the 110 recipes instead. I regret my choice. Because I eat well, I should have chosen the recipes option for new ideas so I had more of them.

Easy to follow, yummy recipes, never feels like a diet. Only feels like I’m fueling my body with good and nutritious foods that I actually look forward to eating!!

I was disappointed with the meal plan. The reason is I am very active and the meals with too little for me. So I felt it was a waste of money. Also the meals were too boring. The videos I watch online of lsf of cool recipes Katie makes. It was disappointing seeing there wasn’t anything different. So I wish now I didn’t buy the meal plan.

Hi Caley, thanks for your review. We really appreciate your feedback! The Meal Plan is intended to jump start weight loss and has a caloric intake to match that. That being said, we usually hear that most girls feel very full when starting the meal plan. If you looked at the calories you may not think that would be the case, however if you try the plan, I think you will feel great! The meals themselves are purposefully simple so you can spice them up or get creative in a way that fits your personal taste. This is also where the Guiltless Guide comes in handy where you have access to over 100 more delicious recipes. Since HBMP is not a personalized plan, it's meant to be a great plan that anyone can work into their life, enjoy the meals and add their taste as they like. I have been more than happy with my purchase of the 4-Week Meal Plan. I had drastically changed my diet last year to focusing on less-processed foods and over all clean, healthy eating. However, even with clean eating and going to the gym regularly, my body would not get toned and I constantly felt bloated and frustrated. Many diets encouraged less eating which definitely makes for some very long days and a lot of telling yourself “no”. When I heard about Katie’s story and saw her results, I thought I’d give it a try and have been more than pleased. I can eat ALL the time and rather than feeling bloated my body feels fueled and active all day long!

My only complain is that i have been unable to download it to me iBooks. I have to go to my email and click on the link. Other than that it’s been great! Meals are not boring and I felt full. Great recipes and it’s not hard to follow if you’re on the right mind set.
