2 Weeks into the 4 Week HBMP both myself my partner are losing weight feeling great. We are never hungry!! Heaps of food I really enjoy the clean nutrition aspect of the plan. And mostly it's food we would eat anyway - just getting portion control right is key - as is the right type of carbohydrates. The only suggestions I would have is coming from an international perspective, some of the food/amount is hard to interpret - "1/2 a can of tuna" - would be helpful if there was a measurement as what size is the can Also, we don't have Bison here in New Zealand, so we have just adapted that to be a lean beef! And the crackers - 16 crackers seems so much (here 3 crackers are around 50g in weight tha'ts an average serving) - those are my only tips! Seems a great plan and really enjoying the results so far :)

This meal plan has changed my life! Although I wasn’t much of an unhealthy eater to begin with (not a fan of fast food), my biggest issue was portion control. I would always fool myself thinking “oh I’m eating healthy stuff so it doesn’t matter how much of it I eat”... WRONG! This meal plan has helped me learn portion control and be more calorie conscious. I am on week 3 and I’ve lost a steady 4.5 pounds, and I feel great! Clothes are starting to look better and feel looser, and best part is people are starting to notice my weight loss! The recipes are delicious and so easy to make! This is a must try if you want to get serious with educating yourself on HOW TO EAT!

I love the book and I enjoy the program so much. I have really been working on consistency and now that I have thrown myself back into LSF I hope to get healthy and STAY THAT WAY!

This meal plan is amazing. I love how even though it can be strict it can also be customizable. I’ve noticed how full I feel al day, and the food is good! I did try to eat something at a fast food restaurant and realized quickly how gross I felt. I have no want to eat anything unhealthy, in fact I find it easy to eat healthy because it’s what I want. Yum! If you want to have a meal plan that can be customizeable this is it..

My best friend bought me this book when she found out I had a Hypothyroid. My levels were 10.7 and I was very shocked! So i got this book and I've just loved it! In just 4 WEEKS from using this guide my levels dropped so low they lowered my dose from 50mg generic synthroid to 25 and If its still going good in a month I may be able to come OFF THE MEDS! I didn't realize how much food impacted my body. Obviously its what I eat because before I ate so much gluten foods and fried foods and since using this meal plan... The results speaking for themselves! Love your body and watch what you eat , itll surprise you how harmful some foods can be to your health!

Your recipes, grocery list meal plans are really helping me! I love all of the choices and I’m seeing results in my midsection. I also followed along this week in the spring slim down I am sore (in a good way) and it’s looking like I’m getting some definition in my abs! Love it! Super easy to follow. I do not need to lose weight but I bought it because I loved the preview food choices that were meals and snacks. I love how it changes every week. So far it has helped maintain my weight the way I’ve been using it! I am sure if I do it from start to finish the results would be amazing!!! Getting ready to buy the Guiltly Nutrition!!! Totally would recommend!

This diet has good food and recipes but every day was something completely new. It was difficult for me to keep up with because working full time you like to make snacks and lunches in advance. When there isn’t consistency with the meals it made me give up. For example a few days a week should have the same lunch. Also the grocery list should be for each week showing how much to purchase each week.
