Doing the 4 week hot body meal plan, I felt better and I learnt what is the right and best way to eat. Together with the guide I kept exercising (I started on January) doing the HIIT workout following your video on YouTube almost everyday and I’m enjoy it lot. Unfortunately I did not loose any weight...

I am on Week 3 day 1 and I am loving this meal plan. It's simple to plan for and to prep. It doesn't require hours of work each week. I literally made this weeks shopping list in a bout 5 minutes. Snacks for each day are high in protein and fat and keep me satisfied. I don't experience belly bloat anymore like I did before starting. I'm already down several inches in my waist, hips, and chest. I am also not experiencing mood swings like I was before. This plan is probably the best $$ I've spent in a while. I plan to start over and keep going once the 4 weeks is up. It's that good!

I absolutely love it! The meals are outstanding and I feel great and have lots of energy. And it’s amazing to see your body transform into something that you’ve been looking for. And the meal plan I just don’t want to give up I look forward to my next day. It’s a Win Win.

I have mixed feelings about this guide. Straight away, it didn't make sense to me that the plan only addressed how to proceed week to week if you lose 1-2 pounds (good) or lose 3 pounds (too much.) It said nothing about what to do if you stay the same weight (me!) or gain weight. This is the first meal plan I've ever bought, and I liked that I was never hungry on it, it had a lot of variety, and the food gave me energy. I didn't like that there were so many proteins you had to buy to get through 1 week, and so much variety that it didn't make sense to meal prep for the week, you had to take it day by day, which wasn't feasible some nights. I live alone, so being instructed to get salmon, white fish, chicken, ground turkey, bacon, and a few different green vegetables all for one week was a lot and I was struggling to keep it all from spoiling. I thought that instead of just putting the carbs, proteins, and calories at the beginning of each chapter, there could be nutrition facts next to each meal in case I wanted to swap a meal one day for another. There were a few errors like missing words here or there, but nothing that would stop you from figuring it out. I thought it was a decent meal plan but not worth $50. There are plenty of hardcover books at Barnes and Nobles that cover this and are more well-researched for under $30.

I am very happy with the meal plan. I've learned so much and am only on my second week. There are so many good meals that are easy to make and taste great and I love the grocery list! I only wish I had known that this was 100% an online product as I waited a week or more thinking a book was being shipped to me before I realized it was online. I still love it though.

The HBMP is a must!! I contemplated ordering the plan for a while because I am a very picky eater. But I also found it hard trying to find "healthy" foods to eat regularly. I assumed salads were the answer. I was wrong! After ordering the HBMP I was still unsure if it was really going to work, losing 0-2lbs per week according to the guide. I assumed I would lose 0. I lost 2 lbs per week and had to even repeat one week because I lost 3lbs on week 3!! In total I lost 10lbs and reached my weight loss goal. The plan is "flexible" because it lets you cook the food how YOU want. For example: dinner- 4oz chicken, green beans, sweet potato. But I can season everything how I like! And hey if I don't like green beans- I can eat broccoli. Which is totally awesome. At the end of the plan, it states to repeat week 4 and then reverse dieting!! To go backwards through the plan, which I am now on week one day 4. Only 4 days to go and I am fully complete! I have not gained a single pound back! Ladies get this plan today. When you think about it, it's actually an 8+ week plan and is seriously worth every penny ☺️

Here's why I love Katie's HBMP: 1) I get to eat A LOT of food! The plan is packed with nutrient-rich, healthy meals and snacks so I eat more while still losing those unwanted pounds. 2) I never feel deprived! The combination of clean protein, healthy fats and complex carbs gives my body exactly what it needs. My sugar cravings, which used to be intense, subsided quickly. 3) I've seen amazing results! For the first time in a long time I have energy to get me through the day and I've lost weight that I've been carrying around since my kids were born.

I love the LSF Hot Body Meal plan. The food in the plan is realistic as are the calories, the protein, carbs and the fat. Seriously who doesn't want to have eggs for breakfast and blueberries. If you haven't purchased the Hot Body Meal guide, my question to you is "why not"?
