LOVE this meal plan! It takes the guess work out of it for you. Just follow the meals each day and you're good to go. I have the Ovo-Veg Guide; my husband is vegan and I'm about 95% vegan - I eat eggs. This plan is totally doable for vegans though. Just sub tofu scramble when it calls for eggs or another protein of choice. I'm also pregnant, but I have found myself eating way more than I was; I wasn't filling up not the right foods. This helps me stay on track for a healthy and nutritious pregnancy. When not pregnant, I follow the digression of calories/week, but for now, I'm happy being fully satisfied from week 1 of meals!

This is a wonderful meal plan that has fit my weight loss goals! Katie does a fantastic job with details specific to my hypo disgnosis, recipes, and always providing encouragement! I highly recommend this plan for all ladies with hypothyroidism!
