I have not tried the meal plan yet but just looking through I am happy with all that it offers - it tells me the ingredients and portions I should eat everyday while giving me the flexibility to use spices and vegetables in the way that I like them! There are also recipes that I can use for inspiration and I am excited to try it out!

I really love this Meal Plan because it mixes it up with different recipes and flavors every day! I've done meal plans in the past where it repeats the same meals every day or every two days and it's hard to fully commit to a plan like that and stay with it long term. I also love that this plan has different "phases" so I feel like I'm always working towards the next step. I would highly recommend this to friends!

The meal plan was very realistic. The foods keep hunger away and the foods are not hard to make or difficult to find.

The plan is pretty straight forward. There are some items in the plan though that I don’t like just in general or things I don’t normally eat, so I didn’t know how to substitute which was frustrating. For example, deli meat Not a thing I would every buy. I also felt like 2 snacks is a lot. I don’t eat that much in a day ( not that many hours in a day, if my first meal is at 1030am) so I felt like it was just A LOT for me. But all in all it makes for a good starter meal plan.

Loved the content. Wish I could store this in the LSF app and search for recipes. Hard to scroll through everything to find one meal.

I actually really love it! The meals are filling. The previous diet I was doing o was eatting 1600 calories and was always hungry and the scale was not budging! On your meal plan I’m eatting 1400 calories, Iam full and I have lost 4lbs in 2 weeks! I’m happy so far!

I have tried lots of different meal plans to try and get my baby weight off. I first used a meal replacement program, where I had bars and shakes and such delivered to my house, and it helped me lose weight after I had my son, five years ago. When I had my daughter, 3 years ago, I tried to go back to using those meal replacements but I had developed a terrible allergy to all of the fake ingredients used and couldn’t tolerate all the chemicals anymore. I’ve been so bummed out and at a loss as to how to get back to my goal weight. I stumbled upon this book and the LSF exercise resources a few weeks ago, and I couldn’t be happier! My husband and I have both been committed to the meal plan for a couple of weeks now and both have seen amazing results! We’re not starving, we’re eating real, whole, healthy foods and we both feel great! He and I both have experienced not only weight loss, but even improved moods and concentration levels, all of which has been so beneficial during the pandemic. I couldn’t be happier with these meal plans and am going to tell everyone I know about this book!! Thank you!!
