I just finished and I lost 4lbs! I felt great and really enjoyed that everything was laid out for me. I didn't have to think, just eat. I partnered this with the lsf app workouts and I feel that's what helped me see the results. There were a few meals I didn't love of course, but most things were delicious and swaps were easily made from the list of approved foods. I highly recommend, it's only 7 days, you can do this!

I found these recipes really easy and super tasty! I lost 7lbs in one week! The most important thing for me was that it taught me not to snack between meals, there were enough meals in a day so I wasn’t left starving by the end of it. The only things that I would suggest would be to make it a little bit more seasonally-friendly, we can’t find all of the ingredients year round. Also having a shopping list with amounts would help. All in all I found this really helpful and I’ve continued using the recipes!

The first two days of the program are hard but by the end of the week I was feeling so much lighter and refreshed. Having the plan to tell you exactly what to and what not to eat made it so easy.

wow! I forgot how delicious healthy foods are! I have been in a rut lately of being lazy and eating what is quick rather than what is good for my body. This 7 day slim down was exactly what I needed to remind myself to take care of my body, and nourish it with all things good! Many of these recipes will now be a weekly staple for me. I plan to make one of the soups and keep some in the freezer for a quick and healthy option! Even if you think you don't like an ingredient, give it a try! Mixed with the other flavors, you will shocked! Never thought I'd be eating collard greens and loving it. I am only 4 days in, and feel a big difference in my energy, hunger levels, and mood. I just feel better overall.

This guide is absolutely fantastic. The recipes are delicious and easy to make (bye bye bloat broccoli soup is my favourite!). I was worried that I would struggle to find the ingredients as I'm based in the UK but it was no problem at all. Since doing a reset and changing some of my (bad) habits I have lost 6kgs! Thank you so much Katie xx

Absolutely loved this program!!!! Easy to follow and super effective!!! Lost four lbs and just felt so much better overall!! Less bloating, and swelling throughout my body!! Great recipes I will continue to use!
