Best meal plan I’ve found yet! When you need a boost cleaning up your diet, this is it. It incorporates whole foods that keep you feeling full, not just juices and salads. If you need a healthy restart give this a try!!

The recipes were wonderful. I have a PCOS and hypothyroidism, so I had to adapt the plan a little to make sure I was getting 30-40 grams of protein first thing in the morning to regulate my blood sugar. This plan is adaptable.

It was a great starting point to kick-start my journey dealing with Hashimoto’s and hypothyroidism. I loved that everything was written out and all I had to do was follow the plan! I also loved that I learned more about what foods to eat and why, and how they are beneficial for certain goals. I didn’t love that in some cases I had to buy foods that I may not continue using - like flax seed and oats - if I move to AIP. All in all, I think there are great recipes and habits that I will continue to revisit in the future!
