OMG you guys! This guide is by far the best LSF guide! I actually saw results after 7 days, felt auh-mazing and I didn't deviate from the plan at all! All of my cravings were satisfied, which is what I was really worried about! There are so many food options and everything was so delicious! It really helped me to break my poor nutrition cycle that I was on and really help me focus on feeding my body healthy foods. I’ve bought other meal plan/detox plans before but this one is BY FAR the best and easiest. The recipes also actually taste GOOD. I’d 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a tasty reboot without random/hard-to-find items. Love love love this!

This really did what it said. I have tried other diet starts in the past and nutritionally they just didn’t make sense. This was well balanced and help jump start my menopausal metabolism. I already eat well and exercise almost everyday. This was just what I needed. My husband also did it with me. He wants to repeat it in a couple months!

I'm currently doing the 7-Day Slim Down Guide. I'm really loving it so far. I love how this isn't a strict meal plan, it's a guideline to follow to help with bloating and/or digestive issues and choosing the right foods. The recipes in the guide are also amazing. This guide is a great addition to all of Katie's other meal guides.
