Although I haven't officially started detoxing yet, I plan to after the holidays. I'm still giving this 5 stars because of how much information it provides and how easy the plan is. I know this will be hard to do, like Katie says, but I know I'll feel better afterwards! Thanks for all the information!

I love this guide! It gives great tips and the tools to be independent in creating a healthy meal plan. I love that there is some flexibility but provides a solid baseline for success!

Really liked this detox. None of the ingredients were too hard to find or expensive. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a jumpstart to healthier eating.

This has been my first week using the Detox Guide and what I’m falling in love with is how much I enjoy eating the recipes and how respectfully I feel that I am treating my body. It’s only been 4 days in week 1 and while it’s not about weight I’ve lost 2 pounds. I feel great, I’m motivated to live consciously, and I definitely highly recommend this guide. It’s not your average diet guide that leaves you unfulfilled.

Recently finished doing the 7 day detox again for the 2nd week in a row I feel so good!! It was a rough first week (I was eating so much sugar!) but the guide was so helpful at letting me know exactly what to expect and what to avoid as well as how to deal with the sugar withdrawals easier. The meals snack recipes/ideas were all so delicious and easy to make. I feel motivated to start eating better, and to start being more cautious of how much sugar I’m eating. Whenever I feel like I need to reset I know I can just repeat this detox and be feeling great and on track again! What a cute little fitness community to stay motivated!
