“I'm a huge fan of this bundle!! Both my husband and I are thoroughly enjoying the LSF products. We both have had trouble sleeping (as we have a newborn) and slumber party has helped tremendously with this issue! I love the taste of both protein powders as well. For my taste, Wing Woman is a bit too sweet so I have to use half a scoop per 16 oz of water but I mix it in hot dandelion tea with a cinnamon stick and it's delicious. I don't like my coffee sweetened so I use Miss Congeniality in my protein shakes instead. The Smooth Operator makes mixing all of these products an absolute dream. Overall, highly recommend if you'd like to give it a try! It starts you out on a good path for wellness.”

“I feel like a new person. I have been doing the hot body meal plan and using these products for 2 weeks… I also deal with thyroid issues and have since a teen…. and I feel freaking AMAZING. I’m 29 and I have tried keto I have tried the calorie counting and I am now eating MORE then I ever have and have more energy and am losing weight…. (I’m really trying to stay away from the scale for the next few months though because it’s not as important to me right now which is… unheard of for me) This is not a diet this is a lifestyle shift and change and I can’t WAIT to see what more I can accomplish with the FUEL I now utilize to pump up my body. Katie and team - you guys have helped not only encourage me but truly helped me perceive food in a totally different light and I couldn’t be more grateful… not to mention the ones around me.
