“Love the Pep Rally. I keep wondering how is this possible? So smooth of taste and my whole body feels more fluid and flexibel! My runs have improved drastically and even after working out I have energy to clean house go for bike rides etc. And no crash whatsoever. It is amazing! I recommend it to everyone.”

“I've only been using it for a few days but this is basically my morning coffee replacement. I also suffer from Hashimoto's Disease so it was a real comfort in knowing LSF is geared towards those who have a thyroid disease. In addition to pretty much not falling asleep at my desk anymore, this is also an awesome pre-workout for those who want a clean energy boost. If I don't have it in the morning, I have it 30 minutes before I go to the gym. It does have a slight after taste due to the Stevia Extract but I didn't notice it after the first serving I made. It really does taste like a better and cleaner version of café-made matcha lemonade! It's a win in my book.”

“I've tried numerous pre-workout, energy-boosting powders before and I love that LSF Nutrition's doesn't give you the jitters, is mild in taste and provides the energy kick I need to get through a workout! Cute packaging as well :)”
