This guide and all the others are amazing to have. it's like having a personal trainer without paying all that extra money. it's great because I have all the information I need at hand. if I'm unsure about measurements it tells me, If I need an idea for lunch or dinner there's always someone new to make. it's brilliant to have it especially when you need it!

I love how Katie not only gives you super delicious and easy recipes, but she also shows you what are the good foods to eat, how to meal plan, and how to food prep. It makes a healthy lifestyle much more attainable. My favorite recipe The blueberry pancakes made with coconut flour.

I liked a lot of the recipes Katie has in here. I have not tried many of them but they are look fairly simple and delicious. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was for a selfish reason - I can't eat eggs so that eliminated a lot of the recipes for me (or at least the main part of them) and there were not a lot of vegan options which is fine - I know she is not vegan but nonetheless I wish there were some vegan options.

The book is great when you wanna know macros and can trust every ingredient is good for you. Great guidelines to help follow. I have made several meals out of it already. My only complaint is the inconsistency in macros. Some recipes are 500-1,000 calories per serving but it doesn't say how many servings the recipe is for. Not all recipes have this issue though. I would still 100% recommend buying. Easy to have a plan for dinner.

I have the original Guiltless Guide, and it really helped me in my early days of reconnecting with better eating. I've lost weight in the past, but didn't really understand proper nutrition. When Katie announced she was redoing the guide I was really curious how she was planning to improve on an already awesome guide. Well, as soon I as got it and began previewing it I was blown away. It's sooooo thorough. Beautifully photographed images of the healthy food makes you feel like your not ditching your favorite foods, but eating at a 5 star restaurant. Even though these foods are delicious, they are not anything out of the ordinary ingredient wise. You won't need to keep a separate pantry or freezer for all the different prep items. The directions are clear and easy to follow. No fancy hard to find ingredients. She even included mixed drink recipes! If you're not ready to commit to a meal plan and want some flexibility, or you're a meal plan graduate I would get this guide! I can't wait to try these recipes and post some pics. I might have to do a Julie and Julia thing where I make 1 recipe a day until I've eaten my way through it. Only, the end result will be better health and vitality. Katie, you've really out done yourself, you should be so proud
