I can’t say enough good things about this guide. This guide is how I started off my nutrition journey about 2 years ago. It breaks everything down and makes it easy to understand what our bodies need on a daily basis. I have to admit I’m not the best cook but I’ve learned so much from preparing meals from this guide. I also love that whenever updates are made, I receive an updated copy in my email. This really is such a great investment especially if you are just starting out & trying to figure out how to make a permanent lifestyle change.

What can I say! This guide has helped me lose, tone and gain so much faith in myself in my kitchen! Easy to use while traveling too! Family friendly recipes too!

Love the Guiltless Nutrition guide! The recipes are delicious and I never feel like I’m depriving myself. It’s so nice to be able to pick a recipe to make from here and not wonder whether I’m making a healthy choice. They’re all healthy choices!
