I really love the recipes. They have simple ingredients that you already have in the kitchen and are not time consuming. I follow the HBMP and then incorporate the recipe book in the plan. I like having the plan as a guidebook and the recipe book to add in some fresh recipes.

Adore this guide! Changed my life forever. I now understand healthy eating and what my body needs to be strong and revitalised. Working out is great but as Katie always says, if your nutrition is not on point you won't get the results your looking for! So true. This guide has literally everything you need! Stacks of recipes, cooking instructions, meal prep tips, like absolutely everything. I love it and it was worth every cent ;)

I bought this book because I need some new and exciting healthy recipes in my life (i was so tired of eating the same thing every week). The Recipes are so good, and I have made a handful out of the book over the past week. This book is also awesome for meal prep purposes and the grocery list makes it super easy to shop! I would most definitely recommend if you are on the fence : )

I love all the recipes! We must have similar taste palettes because all of the recipes are delicious and they are very simple and easy to make.
