I absolutely love this book! I’ve already made several things and they all been wonderful! The spicy yogurt sauce is one of my favorites! There are SO MANY recipes. I feel like I’ve barely even touched the surface of the book. So many options and healthy substitutes!

well structured book which comes very handy after a meal plan. So far I've tried sauces which are easy and amazing to spice up plain roasted or steamed vegetables. I'm in middle of moving out/in so didn't have time to explore more recipes. But can't wait to !! thanks !

I too have Thyroid problems, since buying the cookbook I have lost weight. The food is delicious so that makes it easy to stick to this lifestyle if clean and healthy eating.

I've been using this 'cookbook' daily! So many fabulous recipes that actually taste delicious and are super nutritious for you. Yes it is PDF so you need to print yourself, but send it off to Office Depot, Staples or Fedex and have them make a spiral book for you. Well worth it!

I am absolutely loving the e-book. Especially the wide range of recipes. My favorite might be the sauce section. There are TONS of recipes for healthy alternatives to all our favorites dressing sauces. I love this because I can incorporate these into my own recipes/go-tos! One suggestion: incorporate all meal plans into the app!! And a grocery list option too. 10/10 recommend!

I absolutely love this book. It definitely lays out the do’s and dont’s so that way I can stay on track. The food is amazing and something that doesn’t make you feel deprived in any way. Very informative and helpful.

I’m loving the guiltless nutrition recipe book! So many helpful tips and suggestions. And the recipes I’ve tried so far are great. I haven’t figured out how to print yet without printing the whole book.
