Both of these plans have been incredible! The recipes are easy to follow and delicious. As a law student, the ability to meal prep awesome food has been a lifesaver.

I really like the meal plans and if you stick with them, you will definitely see results. My only suggestion is to make it more organized so that it is easy to figure out what to buy at the store each week. I like that you make it adjustable, but it would be even better if all the ingredients were listed at the beginning in my opinion! I love LSF and what you are doing!

Stuck with it for a year now- totally saved me from going nuts during quarantine- and the health benefits are amazing ! I’m so much stronger and fit today

So far my husband and I are enjoying the hot body meal plan as we just started week 2. It’s easy to follow, no weird or hard to find ingredients lol

There are SO many recipes in this and it allows for a lot of flexibility. I work 12 hour shifts on a surgical floor and may only get the opportunity to have a few five minute snacks for most of the day, so all of the snacks are really appreciated. I also love how quick most of the meals are to make!

I am completely in love with the LSF Meal plans and nutrition guides. The recipes are so quick and easy, and the best part about having a plan is that I don't have to decide for what I'm eating every meal of the day. The decision piece is where I usually slip up on my nutrition. This has really helped me gain such a better understanding of what the right foods, portions, and times of day to eat are. You actually would be surprised how much food you should be eating, especially if you are crushing your workouts on top of it! So so grateful I found LSF and that they have these amazing tools and resources for us to use to succeed in our fitness journey.
