“This foam roller hurts so good!!! Lol it is a must have in your workout gear kit! My legs have never felt as good as they did after rolling out after the first time in my life.... and I am 38 years old!!!! Haha! AND it’s a two in one!!! It is worth every penny! Your body will thank you later!!!! Cheers to lots more rolling in 2021!!!”

“I seriously LOVE this foam roller!! I use it at least once a week and it does wonders for all the tight muscles after those LSF workouts. The fact that there’s one for more sensitive areas like the neck and upper back and the grooved one for tougher areas, is truly magical. I had quite a few LSF products on my Christmas list this year and while they’re all awesome, this is hands down my fave! Did I also mention the colors are cute AF?!”

“I love the two in one foam roller. I did a leg and upper body rolling session last night and it hit every tight knot. I felt so much looser the next day for my leg workout. I swear I feel like I had more energy too.”
