“Its very helpful even on days that I’m just tired from work. I’m a nurse and working for 12hrs is really painful for my calves. This helps me relieve my pain and feels good for another shift. During my offs I’m still enjoying this great stuff after doing my homeworkout. Keep those blood flow working folks! Good alternative for massage.”

“This foam roller is amazing! I had been looking for a 2-in-1 foam roller and was unable to find something I liked so this was a great find. The softer foam roll is a life saver. I have terrible neck pain and this really helps to get rid of those knots. The outer shell really gets into those muscle and is great after a workout. It’s also a super cute color!”

“I love the grooves in the roller! They are not as harsh as some I’ve used in the past but still get the job done. The smooth roller is great for the more sensitive areas and feels great on the neck!”
