“Absolutely Love it ! This is the best foam roller that I've ever used ! The fact that it's two in one is just the tip of the ice berg. The groves on the the outer shell really get into those muscles...even though it's a bit painful if its been a while, it's the good pain! It shows that you've found the spots that need to be worked on. You will definitely feel better after using this, especially after a tough workout !”

“I used to think I hated foam rolling, until I got this foam roller! I love that its a 2 in 1 and that its actually cute, which makes me more excited about using it! Now foam rolling has become a part of my routine. I almost always used to wake up with headaches, but now that I foam roll my neck and shoulders out before bed the headaches are gone. Can't recommend this enough!!”

“In love with this roller! Not only is it the cutest thing ever but it works really well! I work in a busy restaurant and I am running around with trays all day. By the end of the night my back is always killing me! Used this and some LSF foam roll tips and I felt great the next day! 100 % recommend!”

“I love this foam roller - it is so beautiful and is the perfect hardness. I use it after every workout - definitely worth the purchase! The only thing I wish it was a little bit longer just because I am super tall but it is nice for getting the specific areas I need!!”

“This Foam Roller is absolutely AMAZING. I love that it's 2-in1 and can be used for different muscle groups. I've noticed a difference in how I feel the next day after using it. My workouts are going better, my muscles feel like they are actually being stretched properly and I'm not as stiff. And let's not forget to mention how beautiful it is! The colors are amazing and it makes me happy every time I see it.”
