“Love the Foam roller. Ive been using it everyday after my workouts and noticed I’m not as sore the next day. The smaller one is also great for the neck. I sit at a computer all day and get a lot of neck pain. Foam rolling has really helped.”

“I have several foam rollers and almost didn’t purchase this one but I am glad I did. It’s now my favorite! First and foremost, I can actually use this one! All my other foam rollers are so dense, hard, and big; they hurt way too much to use and are cumbersome to manipulate. This one is softer, slimmer, and just much easier to use. The outer sleeve is great for giving those knots extra love. I have been using my roller everyday now since I purchased it nearly 2 weeks ago, it’s that good! I set myself up in front of a show, by the time it’s over I achieve that real massage lucidity you get from an hour long real massage. It’s fantastic!”
