I signed up for the LSF Spring Slimdown and decided to get the bundle (nutrition and Hot Body Sweat Guide). I love the workouts and excited to try different meal ideas. It’s totally worth it!!

I have done a lot of workout programs over the years and constantly change, but this is the first workout program I’ve really loved and can see myself sticking too. Because it’s so varied it gives you the opportunity to do other things you love like walking, dancing or running, without feeling you have to try to make extra time for them. Brilliant realistic workout plan that anyone can fit into their life! The diet and nutrition books are also worth getting, although I don’t follow the meal plan strictly I use it for meal ideas as it has some great tips and recipes. Xx

The sweat guide takes the thought out of your workout. They’re so easy to follow and you feel so accomplished when you finish! The meal plan is amazing. You get to eat...a lot and it’s so easy to follow! I love it all, and was definitely worth the purchase!

It has been the easiest diet to follow. I'm so glad that I stumbled upon your website and finally bought the bundle. I love how easy the hot body guide is to follow and how easy it is to pick up where you left off if you miss a day. I have lost 5 pounds so far and I can see definition in my legs.
