“Tasty and filling! For those on a FODMAP elimination diet for IBS, from what I can tell, all ingredients are low FODMAP and therefore safe to eat, unlike other protein powders!! When Katie says this is gentle on your stomach, it really is :)”

“This is my all time favorite protein powder on the market!! It’s absolutely perfect. I add it to my smoothies, make it as just a protein shake with water or almond milk (or both), i put it in my coffee sometimes and i can bake with it and it’s just perfection. The only thing i wish is that this was offered in like travel size packets for when i travel because sometimes it’s hard for me to bring a whole large container of protein powder when traveling, especially when traveling. I would love to have something small and compact to carry on a plane or pack in my carry on or luggage. It’s not such a big deal if we’re driving somewhere because we have more space but sometimes i would like a travel size/pack. But I’ll also just do what i gotta do to take my protein powder with me when I travel.”
