“I have had trouble sleeping pretty much all my life but now I take a scoop of slumber party every night in water and I'm out like a light. I recommend it to anyone who has trouble sleeping.”

“Sleep and I have always had a difficult relationship, so naturally I have been on the hunt for something to help. I don't know what magical qualities this powder has but my sleep has definitely improved since trying it out (about 1 month of daily use). Paired with unsweet oat or cashew milk 30min before bed... it's like a healthy chocolate milk that I now look forward to every night.”
