“Love the taste as a healthy hot chocolate and definitely helps me fall asleep QUICKLY!! But I still wake up severely times during the night but fall asleep quicker when I do wake up”

“Warning… don’t drink this before doing anything!!!! I knocked me out in about 15 minutes. I still get up on and off durning the night but I’m not up for hours like before. I work on call so I only take it when I’m off so it probably works better if you take it consistently.”

“I was in need of something to help me sleep, as I had an extemely stressful job and was greatly affecting my ability to relax. This has done the trick! I actually only need to use about half a scoop (Im really sinsitive to melatonin). Thankfully, I am not at that job anymore, but this has become part of my evening ritual that I really enjoy. I will absolutely purchase again.”

“So it doesn't make me fall asleep but it certainly relaxes me and I notice that I don't wake up groggy. I've worked SP into my nightly routine and I find myself looking forward to it each night. I mix it with unsweetened vanilla oatmilk and it's delicious!”

“This stuff is amazing. Does and tastes exactly like Katie says! I love it for a chocolate sleepy time drink. I have struggled with my sleep for years & not all melatonin supplements help me. But this is a good one!!”
