“This. Is. Amazing. I was hesitant, because I've never heard of the company and the reviews here on Amazon were...minimal. But I was desperate. I've suffered with insomnia for years, and I was going through the roughest bout of it I've had in a long while. Couldn't fall asleep for hours, and once I was asleep, I would wake up numerous times. I was flat out exhausted during the day. Slumber Party came up on Amazon in one of my suggestions, and I've had my eye on it for a while. I wasn't sure about the price, but I was quite desperate. I've tried lots of sleep remedies over the years, and nothing has worked. So, my take on Slumber Party: -First, it is sugar free, which means...stevia. I HATE the taste of stevia. At least I think it's stevia--I don't have the container in front of me to check. Either way, the aftertaste is the "no sugar" aftertaste that alternate sweeteners all have. I know lots of people can't handle sugar, so this is good news for some. I remedied this by adding half a packet of Swiss Miss hot chocolate mix to it. Not the healthiest, I know (lol), but it made it taste a lot better! -It's not extremely chocolatey, but the bit of Swiss Miss helped with that. It's soooo yummy! -I've had it with both milk and water. Yummy either way! -The recommended dosage is 1 scoop (the scoop is in there). My body didn't like a whole scoop, but 1/2- 3/4 of a scoop is the right dosage for me. Everybody is different, though! -About 20 mins after taking it, I'm actually tired. It's easy to go to sleep, and, ya'll-- I actually stay asleep!! But I'm not in a coma or anything and can wake up to my alarm. I don't remember that happening...ever. If Love Sweat Fitness ever discontinues this, I don't know what I'll do. This stuff has been life changing.”

“Mom, dead sick when I first got it, and had a new puppy. It helped me get the rest needed to kick my killer cold. No grogginess like other products and tastes like I’m having a cup of cocoa before bed!”
