“Life changer .. I’ve always had a hard time getting my brain ready for sleep. I used this at night with almond milk and two TSBP of heavy cream (for richness) I sprinkle some cinnamon, nutmeg or cardamom for extra flavor and the chocolate goodness is amazing… most importantly it works it gets my high wired brain ready for sleep… thank you Slumber Party!”

“I love the slumber party. It really does help me fall asleep a lot faster. I've had sleep issues for a few years now. My husband can fall asleep a lot faster than me. I've taken Melatonin for years and it just never seem to help much. I've definitely noticed, drinking this before bed, has been a life changer. I fall asleep a lot faster now. By the way. I love all the products!”

“Literally getting the best sleep (falling asleep quicker and STAYING asleep). Very yummy, tastes like hot chocolate (I mix mine with almond milk and sometimes a pinch of cinnamon).”

“This product is so good. Gave it four stars because it’s a bit sweet for my taste (stevia is a strong sweetener) and they don’t actually tell you how many milligrams of melatonin are in a full scoop. The first night taking it I slept so well and really do feel that this is a gentle sleep support supplement (unlike some that make you feel super groggy in the morning!). Exactly what I was looking for. also I like that they added information about 3rd party testing of LSF nutrition products to their website - that is a big plus for consumers. Great job team LSF! :) can’t wait to try the other products.”
