“I suffer from what is called “period flu”, which is exactly what it sounds like. I’m talking cramps, body aches, body fever, fatigue… it really feels like the flu. It started like 3 years ago and they get worse every year. So I decided to take advantage of the Black Friday deals on LSF nutrition and ordered the Miss Congeniality. I had the period flu full force yesterday when it came in the mail and I took it in the afternoon. Today when I woke up I felt the difference already! My body ações are gone, I don’t feel fatigued like I did yesterday, my cramps aren’t as bad. So far I’m loving it!”

“Helps with energy and focus, would love for it to mix a bit better into liquids. Seems to do better in hot liquids vs. cold but regardless not so easy to mix with water.”
