“This is such a game changer. In the afternoon it sooo easy to make a berry protein smoothie. I just pour in some oat milk; then scooped in some protein and some berry powder and whisked it all together. The whole thing (including clean up) takes less than two minutes...soo much easier than using a blender. I now have a new and very healthy afternoon snack.”
