“The planner is what I expected it to be. There are some great goal setting exercises to do at the beginning. At the end there are a few pages of tools (food to eat, excerises, ways to destress, etc.) Then there are several pages to take notes... these pages unfortunately are set at super wide ruled... I wish it was college ruled, because you know, I'm not in first grade and don't write giant letters. There are some cool stickers and it's very easy to personalize. 4 stars.. mostly because I hate wide ruled, and probably would not have bought this had I known that. I do look forward to using the planner otherwise.”

“This is my second year purchasing the planner and I get so excited when I open it. I use it for work, work outside, goal planning, meals, kid stuff...and I LOVE all the stickers and fun extras that are in this puppy! I think having this planner and the app, you really feel like you are involved in a loving and supportive group! It is worth the investment for your own health and sanity!”

“i bought the planner as part of my self care and goals for the next year. The planner is easy to follow and I am excited to use it soon! The reflection pages are awesome and it was fun to sit and reflect on 2020 in a different way and set goals for 2021.”
