“I absolutely LOVED the Yours kit that I received. I was blown away with how pretty the packaging was especially the handwritten note. It felt like they truly tailor made it for me. The products are in gorgeous containers and Easy to use. I had some issues with the eye roller however so I didn’t use it as much. Then I ended up completely breaking it because it’s glass and I didn’t realize the coating on the outside wouldn’t protect it much. Waiting to hear back on if they can send a replacement.
I loved the night cream but the day cream was just too light even after lathering it on my face. I have more dry skin sometimes so next time maybe I’ll ask them for something heavier.
Since customer service has been slow to respond, and I honestly have NO idea how to order what I need again without doing a new questioner I did take off one star. Hope they can help me rectify this.”
