Combining too many active ingredients in the same serum can bring down the efficacy of the actives targeting the main skin concern, hence a different day serum and night serum would work magic :)

“so it worked for a while and cleared up my blemishes and black heads and hydrated parts of my face. but I didnt know my skin type well enough and so the effectiveness diminished after 4 weeks to almost before I started using the products, I guess that's my own fault I dunno but that means I have to fork out for a brand new set which over $120 in my currency so I dunno if I will continue using these products”

Our skin concerns are a result of years of skin damage that our skin goes through and hence it takes at least a few weeks for the products to really make a difference and maintain the results. Sure, there are products that can have dramatic overnight results, but for the most part, try to avoid products with such heavy concentration of actives since they can be harmful in the longer run. For sustainable results, continued usage of skincare regimen with clean ingredients is important.

Fun tip- You can keep your eye serum in the freezer for 2-3 mins while you do the rest of your skincare routine and then use the eye roller to massage your eye area. This will help with the dark circles and puffiness :)
