Hi Kalli, We are truly sorry to hear about the skin troubles you had. While your products are made with 100% clean ingredients and are free of any potential allergens such as benzoyl peroxide, essential oils etc., we believe that your reaction was caused by an ingredient in your serum called Retinol. While we use Retinol that is encapsulated into natural wax-based capsules that enable retinol use levels without irritation, it probably did not sit well with your skin. Since retinol is a great ingredient to combat the early onset of wrinkles and fine lines, we added it to your serum, but we would advise not using any retinol-based products even in the future. We'd also recommend doing a patch test for any new skincare products so that you can identify any potential allergies early on.
This is absolutely not the experience we want anyone to have. We pride ourselves on our formulations, however, in this case, the reaction that happened was likely because you're allergic to an ingredient. Since you weren't aware of this allergy yourself, this ingredient wasn't highlighted to us during the skin assessment either. We always take into account allergies as highlighted by our users. Different skin types react differently to active ingredients however that doesn't mean the ingredient itself is necessarily bad for everyone– example: Vitamin C is a great ingredient in skincare but some people are allergic to it. We sincerely hope your skin feels better.

“I thought the product worked well for my skin but did not expect the the product changes on 2nd order. I wonder how does the Yours team determine which product to change to and how the team monitor changes in client's skin condition. I recently have out break of acne around the nose and mouth, chin and cheeks area, I think, due to maks wearing. Find that the product did not help maintain my skin after that. Probably not the product's fault but still, would be great to find out, how the Yours team monitor clients' skin condition. I am still using day and night moisturizers from 1st batch of order while the using serum from 2nd batch of order, which are the same type of serum. I am also wondering if I should be using products from 2nd batch rightaway and discard the products from 1st batch of order.”

Also, acne flare-ups are common with prolonged use of masks as the pores gets clogged. Here a few skin tips to take care of your skin:
1. Dermatologists recommend that you skip makeup completely, or do lighter makeup so that it’s easier for your skin to breathe.
2. Avoid using oil-based foundation or heavy skincare products
3. Exfoliate regularly, preferably with chemical exfoliators as they penetrate deep into your pores to clear out dead skin and oil which may have accumulated there throughout the time that you wear your surgical masks.
4. If possible, double cleanse using oil-based (cleansing balm) and water-based cleanser.
5. Nourish your skin with masks more frequently

Now that my skin has time to heal thanks to LFY, the scars are lightening day by day. The day cream, night cream and serum are life savers and I am so damn glad I decided to give it a shot.
The only downside is how the eye serum did not work as well for me as I did not see much difference in terms of lessening of fine lines and lightened dark circles.

“I received my personalised Yours on 4th March 2020..sorry for the late review wanted to really see the effect before writing..i have hit my 30s last year and my skin become very dull with uneven skin tone, dark circle and black pores..I spend hundreds of dollars for my facial monthly with the effect lasting only for few days..I started to cover my skin under layers of makeup products..
