“I liked the product however I didn't get the results I saw on most received but I do understand all skin is different the only thing I didn't like was that after a while of having them I used it every day and it began to crust on the inside of the nosel and made it difficult to use”

We definitely recommend consistent usage of your products to see peak results. Since our skin concerns are a result of years of skin damage, consistency and patience will be key to achieving the healthiest version of your skin. Our products are also designed to have low concentrations of active as we prioritize skin health and skin barrier over dramatic results.
As for the crust, this could be due to the product drying out at the tip of the nozzle when exposed to the air, as such, we recommend taking a damp cloth and wiping off the excess before using your products again. 🤗
