“While I loved the product itself, the packaging made it impossible to use. Not sure if I got a faulty item but the bottle leaked constantly and the sprayer kept getting clogged with product to the point where I didn't even want to use it because it was so much of a hassle to keep the bottle clean/working. If it wasn't for the packaging issues I would give this 5 stars, the sunscreen itself sat well with makeup and was so easy to toss in my bag and reapply on the go.”

“The actual product is nice but the spray function was completely broken, which was why I bought it in the first place. It was very tough to press down and the product barely came out and was definitely not a mist. It was very splotchy and thick so I had to rub it on, which defeated the purpose of a mist spray sunscreen.”

Regarding the spray nozzle, we’re so sorry to hear that! May I check if you have tried cleaning the nozzle? Sometimes the product may crystallise around the pump and causing it to stop working. You can simply clean the nozzle with cotton or you can wash, dry and put the spray pump back again in the bottle - that should help! 😊
