May I check if you have tried cleaning the nozzle? Sometimes the product may crystallise around the pump and causing it to stop working. You can simply clean the nozzle with cotton or you can wash, dry and put the spray pump back again in the bottle — that should help.

Here's a small tip on how you can mattify the sunscreen mist. Gently pat the sunscreen mist after applying, this helps to further absorb it by our skin and make it appear less dewy, you may also apply a translucent powder just to keep the shine at bay.
