Thank you so much for your review. We recommend trying to clean the sprayer first, there are times when the products crystallized on the nozzle that can explain the blockage on the spray.
We would also recommend soaking it in warm water for 15 minutes and using a cotton bud/small and soft brush to remove the residue after soaking.

Also, rest assured that the % of fragrance in our Sunny Side Up Sunscreen is really low. We only use allergen-free fragrances which are safe even for sensitive skin.
As for the stinging of the eyes, this is a common issue we see amongst people who use chemical sunscreens. We would highly recommend closing your eyes tight or simply spraying the sunscreen on your palms and patting it in instead.
