“I found the smell quite acidic which is not for me. Also, my skin seems to be breaking out as i’m using this. Here’s hoping it’s just purging, and that it’ll get better!”

We're sorry to hear that! Cloud Factory Cleanser is packed with the goodness of five fruit-based acids that purifies and refreshes skin which is what the fragrance is mainly from.
It does include actives which could be the cause of your skin purging! No worries though, this normally goes away in a few weeks once your skin has adjusted. 🤗
