Hi Tabitha! We're so sorry to hear that. Our Cloud Factory Cleanser is a soap-free gentle foam cleanser with a pH of 4.5-5.3. This helps remove all the nasties from your skin while maintaining your skin's natural pH which would be perfect for most skin types.
However, if you do face dryness, we would recommend to use it only at night or even using it only 2-3x a week and alternate it with another gentle cleanser of your choice.

“14 year old, female - oily skin, acne, blackheads & whiteheads, acne scars
i’ve trialed the products slowly, adding a new one every week and so. it’s been almost two weeks of using the lovefromyours routine (excluding the eye serum and night serum & cream) and i’ve seen somewhat a difference in my skin. i have noticed that my acne has calmed down quite quickly, and my scars are slowly fading away. my blackheads have remained the same, but i did not list it in the skin quiz. i did however breakout twice(i can confirm it was not purging), on my forehead and cheeks, though my first breakout might’ve been from an outside product.
i love love love the foam cleanser, i feel that it is very gentle and soothing. the toner absorbs very quickly into my skin and does not have any fragrance. my GEL day serum and day moisturiser (which i use twice daily) has anti-acne fighting ingredients such as salicylic acid niacimide, though i would rather prefer them without the fragrance. the sunscreen mist spf30, seemed very cool at first, but i was confused on how many sprays i had to use and how sticky it was after it dried.
i will continue to use this brand for another two weeks for results. sorry i don’t have any images”
