“I was expecting GREAT things from this ‘personalised skincare set’ after taking their assessment quiz. However, I’ve been met with nothing but disappointment. despite following the instructions to the letter, the day time serum made my face feel like it was burning, the day time cream made my whole face go red and my eyes water, the nighttime serum dried out my skin to the point that it flaked, and the nighttime cream caused swelling around my mouth and under my eyes. I’ve been gentle and very careful with these products, but they have only made my skin WORSE, not better. Can’t say I’ll be a return customer. Be very wary.”
“No difference to my skin and the customer service is not really helpful. They mailed out the item even though we were in the middle of a conversation which was about refund. The items are not customised for our skin as they didn't even evaluate based on the photo you provide. It's cheaper and better to stick to brands such as Ordinary but that's just my personal opinion! I'm only giving it a star because of the nice packaging.”
