“I’m not sure what the poor minimizing product is really accomplishing for my face? I don’t see the poor minimizing size. How long does this product take to work? Maybe it’s not a good one for me I am not sure yet. In regards to the vitamin C Tic acid, I’m wondering if it is that much better than your normal vitamin C BeSeen. I don’t have terrible spots on my face but would like my under eyes to be brighter. Which one do you recommend? Thank you.”

Hi A. The pore minimizing serum with 10% niacinamide + 1% glutathione is one of our most versatile serums that help with skin tone correction and pore control - although not everyone will see the same results. When you combine the vitamin C serum and our 10% niacinamide serum you are combining 4 key ingredients: 25% vitamin C, 10% niacinamide, 1% glutathione, 1% tranexamic acid. These 4 ingredients work synergistically to reduce hyperpigmentation in slightly different mechanisms. The 10% niacinamide serum can be used at night or day whereas the vitamin C is not something you should apply in daytime without sunscreen. It's a great way to improve overall skin health without the harshness of some of the other actives. Lastly, your question regarding the BE.SEEN - we know longer offer the BE.SEEN vitamin C. Our 25% vitamin C serum that you use now is the replacement for BE.SEEN. The biggest difference is that current 25% vitamin C is pure L-ascorbic acid that is made to be a little unstable (it looks for an oxygen molecule to stabilize). We formulated it this way so that the antioxidant effect is augmented. The BE.SEEN at 23.5% was a very good product but we think the current 25% pure vitamin C is an improvement. “I received two separate orders for the Brightening and Dark Spot Repair that leaked prior to being opened. One was received with the outer box showing product stain marks when I received it. I opened the box and there was liquid product still on the wrapping of the dropper. I did not feel it was safe to use. The other box was not opened and placed in my drawer. When I received it there wasn’t any obvious signs that the bottle inside was leaking. When I needed to open a new bottle I discovered that box in my drawer also leaked prior to being opened by me. I asked for a refund for both bottles but was told it was too late according to policy. I have been a VIP customer for many years. I did receive the product a few times previously with no packaging problem. Because of the experience and expense I have decided to pause my auto order. I rate the actual product 3-4 stars.”

“I don't normally bother to write reviews but felt I had to for this product. I can't believe how effective it is at getting rid of stubborn dark spots. It only took a few weeks to notice the difference and then it just gets better every week. My only issue is that the spots come back if you don't use this product. I forgot to pack it for 2 weeks went I visited my sister and I started seeing the spots come back (maybe it was in different places, I can't be sure), but I don't think it's the issue with the products, I think that's just how dark spots are. Anyway, I would give this 5 stars!”

“Incredible results. I've been trying to solve my melasma problem for years now with every little progress. Saranghae's duo erased at least half of the spots that I saw before. No other product did that, not even hydroquinone, which I had to stop due to medical reasons. As recommended by Saranghae pair it with their snail mucin and their cream so your skin doesn't dry out. I highly recommend this product.”

“About 3 weeks in and I can definitely see it working. I've had freckle like spots on my cheeks for decades and my wife noticed yesterday that they've definitely lightened up. One thing I will say is that the spots will not "disappear" they get lighter and blend in with your normal skin. I'm excited to see the results in another month!”

“I just bought this combo a month ago and it's fantastic. Out of all the products I've used I think this combo shows the most visible results. Like Saranghae recommends, use it as part of a skincare routine cause if you're not used to it, it can sting a little.”
